"Healthy nutrition starts with cellular nutrition"

Cellular Nutrition:

The humble cell. So tiny. Pretty much below the level of our consciousness. But so vital to good health, and to life itself.

Our bodies have between ten trillion and one hundred trillion of them. How many exactly? Well, no one is sure—partly because the number varies from person to person, and varies in each individual all the time.

Cells are constantly being destroyed, and new ones made, in our bodies. The cell is the source of our energy. Cells are the building blocks of every part of us. They not only keep us functioning well, but keep us functioning at all. As soon as cells lose their capacity to produce energy, there is a decline in health, and degenerative diseases get their window of opportunity.

How does this happen? Well, normal cell metabolism produces free radicals—the bad guys on a cellular level. If our cells are well-nourished, they have enough antioxidants—the good guys—to attack and conquer the free radicals. If not, the bad guys win—and our bodies succumb to various diseases and signs of aging.Get the nourishment your body needs, on a cellular level.

Researchers agree that oxidative stress—free radical damage—is closely associated with atherosclerosis and heart disease, cell transformations leading to cancer, inflammatory conditions, vision problems, and even brain and nervous system conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.

So you see how vitally important it is to your health to have each and every cell well-fed and able to fight those damaging free radicals.

Your body needs protein. to make new cells of all kinds. Protein is the essential cell building-block material.

Plus, unlike fat, which is stored—to our dismay—in fat cells, there’s no place in the body to store protein. We need to consume enough protein every day to allow our muscles to be healthy, perform work, and build new cells.

Of course, protein alone isn’t enough—vitamins and minerals are necessary for new cell formation too. Sure, we can get those from eating fresh fruits and vegetables. But to benefit from the optimal levels of cellular nutrition, you’d need to eat 17 kiwis, 18 oranges, or 160 apples! Daily! Or, you can try a multivitamin, formulated to support helpful metabolism growth, repair and reproduction at the cellular level, without the fruit overload.

Multivitamins that contain enough of essential nutrients and antioxidants, including folic acid, calcium and iron, all necessary to overcome the effects of stress, poor diet, and exposure to pollutants and promote your cellular, and overall, vitality. Oh yes, eat your kiwi—and pop a multi-vitamin with it for complete cellular nutrition.

Also Pycnogenol, is a plant extract derived from the bark of the maritime pine tree, which grows only along the coast of France. Pycnogenol extract has several important and unique qualities: it supports cellular energy production and the immune system with its powerful free-radical-attacking antioxidants, it’s a natural anti-inflammatory, and it helps to dilate blood vessels for vascular health as well. A pine tree—who knew.

Cells, Can’t live without ‘em—so you might as well help them work their hardest for you. Raise your consciousness—and your cells’ power. It’s not a hard cell. It's cellular nutrition.
